- Co-responsibility for the correct implementation of care processes
- You carry out the planned care and support of the residents based on their individual needs and our care guidelines
- You report observations, report objectively, and are responsible for clear and complete documentation
- You support activating, reactivating, and maintaining therapeutic care and support tasks
- You participate in the design of activities
- Support in the training of our apprentices FaGe EFZ and AGS EBA
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and service readiness
- Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
- Good oral and written German skills as well as IT skills
- Independent, committed working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience
