We are looking for a
Head Chef (m/f/d) 100% - Domat/Ems GR
Your area of responsibility
- You take over the leadership and responsibility for all areas and processes in the kitchen according to the operating concept and actively participate in daily business
- You lead and develop the employees in the kitchen and office area
- You represent the management in their absence
- You implement legal norms and standards in all areas and ensure their compliance
- You maintain exchange with internal and external stakeholders
- Your working hours are from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:30, occasionally also in the evening or on weekends
Your profile
- You have completed chef training
- You bring at least 5 years of professional experience as well as 2 years of leadership experience
- You have a clean record
- You have very good command of the German language, both spoken and written
- You have good knowledge of MS Office and experience with software for purchasing goods
- You are a leadership personality, enjoy working in a team, and are creative
