Mobile Technical Concierge VD at 100%
To ensure the proper technical management and maintenance of our buildings located in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for our future:
- Ensure and perform tasks related to the cleanliness of our client sites' premises
- Technical supervision of buildings: ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and compliance of technical installations (heating, ventilation, electricity, fire safety, etc.).
- Management and coordination of external service providers: planning, monitoring, and control of interventions by contracted companies (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.).
- Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance operations: implementation and follow-up of maintenance schedules, management of technical emergencies, and monitoring intervention reports.
- Supervision and support of concierges: work organization, monitoring service quality, and technical support on site.
- Management of small works and repairs: organization of internal interventions and control of completed works.
- Administrative and technical follow-up: management of maintenance contracts, budget monitoring of technical costs, and regular reporting to management.
- Safety and compliance: ensuring compliance with safety standards, especially fire safety, and coordinating regulatory inspections.
- Availability from 01.04.2026
- Technical training in the building, maintenance field, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in technical building management or multisite maintenance.
- Customer and tenant satisfaction-oriented personality in problem-solving.
- Team management and service provider coordination skills.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) – German or English is an asset.
- Proficiency in common IT tools (Office suite, technical management software).
- Organized, rigorous, proactive person with an excellent sense of service.
