Your Tasks
- You support various management teams with personnel and technical bottlenecks in our branches in the German-speaking Switzerland (BE, BS, LU, SG, SO, ZH)
- You assist the managers in conducting apartment handovers or takeovers, in rent adjustments, etc.
- You are in direct contact with our tenants, property managers, craftsmen, and authorities
- You process terminations
- You prepare and issue repair orders
- You check and code creditor invoices in the Basware system
- You create advertisements and assist with other supportive activities for new or re-letting (e.g., property viewings)
Your Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a technical basic training (e.g., construction draftsman/-woman) with further training as a technical merchant
- You bring commercial work experience, including one to two years in property management
- Your native language is German, and you have very good correspondence skills
- You are digitally savvy and open to changes
- You possess an independent and reliable way of working and bring willingness to travel and flexibility
- You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
- You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
