Your Tasks

You support various management teams with personnel and technical bottlenecks in our branches in the German-speaking Switzerland (BE, BS, LU, SG, SO, ZH)
You assist the managers in conducting apartment handovers or takeovers, in rent adjustments, etc.
You are in direct contact with our tenants, property managers, craftsmen, and authorities
You process terminations
You prepare and issue repair orders
You check and code creditor invoices in the Basware system
You create advertisements and assist with other supportive activities for new or re-letting (e.g., property viewings)

Your Profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a technical basic training (e.g., construction draftsman/-woman) with further training as a technical merchant
You bring commercial work experience, including one to two years in property management
Your native language is German, and you have very good correspondence skills
You are digitally savvy and open to changes
You possess an independent and reliable way of working and bring willingness to travel and flexibility
You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
