Your area of responsibility

• Project management:

Planning, control, and monitoring of projects including costs, budgets, schedules, and quality

• Customer support:

Supporting our customers throughout the entire project process - from sales handover to delivery. Regular coordination on specifications, milestones, or approvals

• Planning & coordination:

Collaboration with development and production, creation of specifications as well as capacity and feasibility analyses

• Approvals & certifications:

Organization and execution of approvals, certifications, and compilation of the required documents

• Quality management:

Ensuring compliance with standards and technical norms (e.g., EN standards)

• Project optimization:

Post-calculation, process improvement, and optimization of the product portfolio based on market requirements

• Sales support:

Technical consulting, project coordination, and design reviews

Your profile

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
• Experience in managing demanding projects in an international environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with customers and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of the railway industry is an advantage
• IPMA certificate or willingness to obtain certification
• Fluent German and English skills are mandatory
• Flexible, dynamic, and highly organized
