Metalworker – Project Manager
Activities
- Overall management of metal construction projects from contract award to acceptance
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of assembly work on the construction site
- Leadership and deployment planning of assembly teams
- Schedule, cost, and quality control
- Coordination with clients, architects, planners, and suppliers
- Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations
- Organization of materials, tools, and machines
- Conducting site meetings and reporting
- Acceptance, defect management, and documentation
Requirements
- Further training as project manager, assembly manager, or comparable is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in metal construction and assembly
- Experience in leading employees
- Good knowledge of construction processes, plans, and technical drawings
- Organizational strength, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Driver's license category B
