This is what we expect from you:
- Either training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or the willingness to quickly get up to speed
- Leadership experience in a similar position (L-MPA, MPK, branch management)
- A high level of responsibility, commitment, and quick comprehension
- Good PC skills
Your tasks will be:
- Leading the MPA team (approx. 4 employees) including recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation
- Ensuring optimal assistance for the pediatricians
- Ensuring smooth practice workflows and problem solving
- Ensuring administrative processes including performance control and billing
- Active participation in daily practice as a receptionist and MPA
