Deputy Head: Medical Secretariat Radiology 80%

In this role, you support the head of the medical secretariat of radiology in both personnel and administrative matters. The scope of duties includes work at the reception and the secretariat. This involves organizing various consultation hours, examinations, as well as patient reception.
Reporting as well as telephone and mail management are further areas of responsibility of the secretariat.

Start date: 01.11.2025 or by arrangement.

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant, medical secretary, or doctor/hospital secretary
• Professional and leadership experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong skills in self-organization and prioritization
• Enjoyment in patient contact
• Solid PC user skills and experience in writing medical reports
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and very good German as well as Swiss German skills
