Your profile:
You have experience as a Chef de Partie or are an ambitious young cook with the next career step in mind? You work passionately, structured, and with a high awareness of quality? Then you are a perfect fit for us!

- Completed training as a cook EFZ or equivalent
- First professional experience as a Chef de Partie or in a comparable position
- Passion for fresh, creative cuisine at a high level
- Independent, clean, and efficient working style
- Resilience, teamwork skills, and leadership qualities
- Willingness to take responsibility for your own station
Your tasks:
- Independent management of a kitchen station
- Mise en place, preparation, and plating of dishes
- Support in menu design and product development
- Ensuring and controlling quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Training and guidance of apprentices and commis
- Collaboration with the head chef and the entire team
