• You are responsible for complex road construction projects – acquiring, planning, managing, and confidently leading the responsible managers through all phases of the project.
• You keep your team, the site management, and the client on track and ensure that everyone knows what is coming – appropriately and to the point.
• You lead your assigned managers clearly and motivatingly, set goals, support, promote, and give targeted feedback. Together you achieve great things!
• With an eye for numbers and budget, you ensure that controlling is correct and the projects remain economical.
• As a project manager, you also actively shape the future of the department – your expertise flows directly into pioneering decisions.

Your Foundation

• You feel at home on Swiss road construction sites and have already gathered a wealth of experience as a project manager or experienced site manager.
• Whether certified master builder or civil engineer: your education at HF, FH, or university level has given you the right expertise, which you successfully apply in practice.
• You approach your tasks with initiative, commitment, and a clear goal in mind.
• We talk to each other. Thanks to your strong communication skills and team spirit, you can clearly and on equal footing express your concerns.
