Head of Nursing Department, Management Staff (80–100 %)

VIVIVA Baar AG is a non-profit senior center with around 220 employees at two central locations in Baar. We combine quality nursing with humanity – professional, regionally rooted, and with heart.

We are offering an engaged individual the leadership of a nursing department with us immediately or by arrangement.

• You lead a department with around 20 residents with varying care needs
• You take on the operational and personnel management of a team including apprentices and students – with expertise, appreciation, and clarity
• Together with your team as well as internal and external partners, you ensure the care process for individual support and nursing – competently and with heart
• You are the link between nursing staff, residents, and management and always keep an overview
• You lead your team flexibly and humanely, live clear communication, and promote an open, humorous collaboration
• You provide timely, honest, and factual feedback – preferably in direct exchange
• You remain solution-oriented, even when a mistake happens – holding grudges is not your style
• As a member of the management team, you actively contribute, participate in projects and specialist groups, and drive the further development of operational and care concepts

• Training as a nursing specialist HF
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable role
• Further training in leadership or willingness to complete it promptly. We support you in this
• You communicate clearly, factually, and humanely
• You like responsibility, provide orientation, and develop your team personally and professionally
