For our Gynecology-Obstetrics Outpatient Clinic, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) 50% starting March 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Challenge
- Contact person for doctors, patients, and referrers
- Performing small laboratory tasks (venous/capillary blood draws, glucose tolerance test, vaccinations, injections)
- Setting up infusions
- General practice administration
- Assistance during consultations
- Organizing direct admissions for surgery from referring doctors
- Coordination point for doctors and bed management
- Point of contact for internal and external calls
- Processing daily mail
- Independently handling correspondence
- File retrieval and archiving
- Correspondence with pregnant women
- Performing CTG / vital parameter measurements
- Patient care both on the phone and in the outpatient clinic
- Appointment scheduling with electronic calendar
Your Profile
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant
- Experience in gynecology and with pregnant women is an advantage
- Good IT user skills including electronic calendar and medical records
- Confident use of medical terminology
- Good PC user skills
- High professional and social competence as well as resilience
- Team-oriented, motivated, flexible, committed, and empathetic personality
