- you accompany the entire application process – from publishing the job ads, coordinating interviews to making the offer
- you independently take responsibility for posting and managing job advertisements
- you actively shape our presence on social media – from brainstorming to content creation to implementation
- you work closely with departments, HR business partners, and applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience
- you support our employer branding and contribute your ideas to strengthen our employer brand both internally and externally

- you are passionate about recruiting, employer branding, and social media and eager to get involved and learn in these areas
- you have a feel for language, design, and trends on social media
- you like to take the reins, think ahead, and keep your tasks under control with clear focus and self-organization
- you enjoy digital tools, Excel is not a foreign word to you, you master the rest of the MS Office suite, and you can explain to your future boss what MS Teams is actually for
- you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or further training in business administration, communication, marketing, or comparable fields
