What you will achieve with us

- Management and organization of the pâtisserie at the highest level – from à la carte to banquets, afternoon tea, and innovative dessert creations
- Development and implementation of creative, seasonal dessert concepts considering current trends and highest quality standards
- Leadership, motivation, and training of a dedicated team of pastry chefs (2 people)
- Close collaboration with the kitchen and F&B management for the continuous development of our gastronomic offerings
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines according to HACCP
- Start: from 01.06.
Who you are
- Completed training as a pastry chef
- Several years of experience as Head Pastry Chef or Sous Chef Pastry Chef in 5-star hotels
- Creativity, innovative spirit, and a keen sense for taste, textures, and presentation
- Leadership personality with high social competence and an eye for talent development
- Structured, independent working style and a high quality standard
- Languages: English and Italian, German is an advantage
