Construction Manager Planning

Planning, leading, realizing – exactly your thing? You are open, proactive, and want to design and successfully implement construction projects from A to Z? Then you fit perfectly into our team.
Here is what you will do
- Independent planning and technical implementation of diverse new construction and renovation projects
- Acquisition including cost and contract negotiations
- Client consulting as well as negotiations with customers, craftsmen, and authorities
- Construction management including schedule, cost, and quality control
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a draftsman/woman EFZ (architecture), ideally complemented by additional manual training in shell construction (e.g., mason, carpenter)
- Further training as a construction manager or as a technician in building construction HF
- Cooperative and communicative demeanor towards customers, partners, and authorities
- Fingertip feeling in dealing with craftsmen involved in construction
