PROJECT MANAGER Timber Construction with Focus on Work Preparation (60–100%) (m/f/d)
Your tasks:- Independent management of timber construction projects from site inspection to final billing
- Preparation of quotations as well as execution of work preparation (AVOR)
- Material disposition and timely ordering of required materials
- Responsibility for the qualitative, timely, and cost-appropriate execution of construction sites
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Active participation on the construction site as well as coordination of execution work if required
- Completed training as a timber construction foreman or comparable further education in timber construction
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation (AVOR) or project management in timber construction
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with high social competence
- Solution-oriented thinking, initiative, and enjoyment of demanding timber construction projects
- Ideally, you have additional knowledge in cadwork, costing, CNC control, or bring experience in terrace, staircase construction, or personnel management
