HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Building and maintaining monthly reports for e-commerce and POS

Analysis of customer data along the entire customer journey (online & offline) to optimize the omnichannel experience

Evaluation of campaign performance including budget and media investment comparison to derive targeted marketing measures

Creation of ad-hoc reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

Continuous development of the BI tool Qlik Sense

Continuous development of internal customer segmentation

Support in budget planning for POS and e-commerce

Collaboration in optimizing campaign and sales planning

Assistance in creating and evaluating customer surveys

Help in preparing board reports and presentations

THIS IS WHAT SETS YOU APART

Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, data science, or similar, or currently studying

First experience in reporting, data analysis, and visualization, ideally with Salesforce, Qlik Sense, Power BI, or similar

Data-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret analyses and data to drive decisions and strategies

Programming skills are an advantage

Confident German and English

High independence and structured working style with initiative and hands-on mentality

Strong conceptual and analytical skills, interconnected, entrepreneurial thinking as well as proactive solution orientation

Strong technical understanding and affinity for trends in digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence
