Operations Engineering Manager in Hydroelectricity (M/F) 80-100%

The Electrical Energy Department operates hydraulic and thermal production infrastructures, develops production facilities from renewable energies, and ensures electricity supply under the best conditions.
Mission :
- Develop and optimize operation and maintenance methodologies and tools for hydroelectric facilities, ensuring performance and safety
- Carry out cross-functional, technical, and organizational projects common to hydroelectric facilities
- Develop maintenance tools, including CMMS
- Undertake the digital transformation of hydroelectric facilities
Profile :
- Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation or construction of energy production installations and equipment
- In-depth knowledge of the operation of hydroelectric production facilities
- Methodology and process-oriented
- Native French or German speaker, with good knowledge of the other language and English
- Leadership, communicator, good analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, team spirit
