Lead Salesperson (m/f/d)

YOUR JOB:

• Store management as a substitute
• Deputy responsible for sales and inventory results
• Cover business operations processes
• Work with sales figures
• Lead and motivate a team
• Conduct staff training
• Establish staff scheduling
• Administrative and back-office tasks

• Holder of a retail specialist training and/or business studies
• Experience in a position of responsibility
• Relevant professional experience in retail textile sales
