This position offers you
- You play a central role in expanding a consistent requirements management and methodically support the various disciplines in collecting, structuring, and maintaining their requirements to ensure clarity, testability, and completeness
- You enable different stakeholders methodically in the planning, specification, execution, and evaluation of tests along the SAFe development cycle
- Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results, as well as to support the teams in documenting and evaluating test results
- You actively contribute to the development and further improvement of user-friendly templates, guidelines, and checklists, train stakeholders in their application, and ensure consistent implementation
- As a central interface, you promote a shared engineering culture across all teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
What you bring to the position
- You have several years of experience as a Requirements Engineer, Test Manager, or QA Engineer in complex, mechatronic, or regulated development environments – ideally complemented by relevant certifications
- Very good knowledge in handling requirements and test management tools, preferably Polarion, is part of your profile
- A pragmatic and solution-oriented working style characterizes you – you find practical answers to real engineering challenges instead of sticking to rigid processes
- You have the ability to inspire people, engage them, and enable them to create structured, consistent documentation
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills are mandatory for this role

V-ZUG Engineering Competence Center
Our Engineering Competence Center covers central disciplines in product development – from requirements gathering and technical documentation to verification and validation of our products. You contribute to sustainably anchoring and further developing requirements engineering as well as structured requirements and test management in the product creation process – integrated into our SAFe Agile Release Trains and aligned with our mechatronic product landscapes. In doing so, you create structure where necessary without building unnecessary bureaucracy. Your focus is on practical processes that are lived in everyday work.
