• You lead a small team both personally and professionally.
• You are responsible for the cross-university controlling processes for planning and reporting in collaboration with the department controllers.
• You create and further develop reports, key figures, and statistics and are responsible for contributions as well as uniform controlling tools.
• You play a central role in the harmonization and further development of financial management and financial systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• You act as the interface between controlling and IT.
• You support the Head of Finance & Infrastructure in advising the university management and the rector.
• You act as the deputy to the Head of Finance & Infrastructure.

• You have a degree from a university of applied sciences in business administration or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in controlling and are characterized by a high process affinity.
• You have experience in project management.
• You possess advanced user knowledge in SAP (FI, CO, PS; ideally SAP SAC) as well as a high IT affinity; additional training is an advantage.
• You are a communicative, collegial, and flexible personality and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You work independently and goal-oriented and have pronounced analytical skills.
