Your responsibilities:

Leading and supervising approximately 180 employees (including 15 directly reporting employees)
Ensuring the entire production regarding personnel, quality, quantity, deadlines, occupational safety, and processes
Optimizing assembly and work processes according to Lean Production
Leading the production maintenance department
Ensuring production resources
Initiating training sessions
Participating in projects (industrialization teams and area planning)

Your qualifications:

Completed technical vocational training as well as further training as an industrial foreman or certified operations technician HF
Experienced leader and team player with pleasant manners and organizational skills
Independent, process- and solution-oriented working style
Assertiveness, flexibility, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Environmental awareness and continuous improvement process (Lean Production, 5S, etc.)
English at least level B1
