Who are we?
Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working environment, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 174 residential places available in various settings. Furthermore, we offer sheltered workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various in-house products are manufactured.
The housing department is managed by three leaders, each with different focuses. Close collaboration and regular coordination are of great importance.
In this position, you will accompany community-based housing offers at various locations in Thurgau, which cover different needs of people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments. The spectrum ranges from supervised shared apartments with 24-hour presence and comprehensive support to assisted living arrangements for people who live largely independently. What you can achieve
- Responsibility for the economic and professional management of the department
- Professional as well as personnel management of the team leaders
- Creation of conditions and structures in the department that enable all functional areas to work as independently as possible
- Active further development of the housing offers according to corporate strategy, cantonal requirements, and UN CRPD with a focus on individual living arrangements
- Expansion of assisted living in collaboration with the teams
- Ensuring cooperation with authorities and other stakeholders
- Responsibility for the implementation and/or participation in strategic and operational projects
What distinguishes you
- Tertiary education in social pedagogy or nursing (HF/FH)
- Extensive experience in caring for people with disabilities, ideally in an outpatient setting
- Participative, appreciative, and coaching leadership style with corresponding experience and training
- Integrative personality who actively supports the implementation of our professional orientation
