We are looking for an initiative-taking, experienced, and entrepreneurial-minded individual for the planning, management, and (technical) implementation of a strategic initiative in the area of the stock exchange's self-regulatory organisation for a fixed term of six to seven months, starting immediately. This person is accustomed to successfully managing complex (regulatory) projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service orientation.

Your main tasks:

• Leading the strategic regulatory project with the goal of delivering the expected results on time
• Developing substantive foundations (processes, work instructions, etc.), decision-making bases, and status reports
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

• Self-starter who is used not only to managing projects but also to performing substantial implementation work
• Several years of solid experience in project management, ideally with existing knowledge of the stock exchange environment
• Proven experience in managing complex projects from conception to successful completion
• Experience in the areas of governance and/or risk management (conceptual)
• Confident use of project management methods and tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
• Independent, systematic, and efficient working style with high quality standards, decisiveness, and assertiveness
• High communication skills and diplomatic tact, strong team player
• Native German speaker with very good English skills, both written and spoken.
