Property Management Officer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for supporting the team with all administrative tasks within the B2C location to ensure a smooth process
- As the first point of contact on-site, you take care of customer service and are responsible for the initial contact with customers and tenants
- Communication with tenants, property maintenance, tradespeople, and authorities is part of your tasks to ensure effective information exchange
- You are responsible for carrying out final settlements and deposit dissolutions, as well as obtaining and evaluating offers, awarding contracts to tradespeople, and monitoring the work
- Processing and recharging creditor orders and invoices, as well as debtor control, also fall within your area of responsibility
Therefore, you succeed:
- You have completed a commercial basic education and preferably have the property management officer qualification or the willingness to complete this further training
- You have already gained initial professional experience as a property management officer (preferably in the real estate sector or similar)
- You are a team player, resilient, and characterized by your customer- and service-oriented personality
- An independent and goal-oriented way of working, as well as good communication skills, qualify you for dealing with different groups of people
- You communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing
