The Restaurant Schloss Seeburg in Kreuzlingen is a family-run year-round operation with a beautiful view over Lake Constance. The à la carte restaurant with its upscale cuisine has 40 seats. The blue hall for weddings and celebrations of all kinds offers 70 seats. The offer is complemented by 6 additional rooms, each accommodating up to 22 people. The cigar room, the vaulted cellar, the lake terrace with 120 seats, the castle garden, and the in-house wedding studio complete the offer. As a wedding and event location, various banquets, aperitifs, ceremonies, caterings, seminars, and other events take place weekly. Our team consists of between 20 and 35 employees depending on the season, including around 5 apprentices.

Job description
As a station chef, you are responsible for a well-organized workflow in your area. Quality assurance and control are part of your duties as well as tasting the dishes. You are organized and a good team player. The control, overview, and cleanliness of the station are your responsibility. Cooking and planning during service time are part of your tasks as well as preparation for events. You also support the rest of the kitchen crew in all tasks.
