Your tasks
- Accompanying and supporting residents according to the care concept
- Reference care with biography- and resource-oriented support and development planning as well as its documentation
- Planning and implementation of daily structuring offers and leisure activities
- Support of individual mentally impaired people taking into account essential care and support content
- Independent working style
- Promote a conscious, active approach to the illness through information and counseling
Your profile
- Completed training as a curative education nurse
- An appreciative basic attitude
- Experience in dealing with mentally and/or addicted people is desirable
- Willingness for further training and continuing education
- Creativity, teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
