• Leading and further developing a team of about 10 employees
• Building and professionalizing claim and risk management along the supply chain
• Supporting complex contract negotiations and legal matters
• Introducing a consistent project management approach in procurement
• Responsibility for project controlling and calculation processes
• Managing daily business in supplier management including escalation level and developing measures for risk mitigation to stabilize the supplier portfolio
• Maintaining and expanding sustainable supplier relationships including audits and reviews
• Co-designing efficient procurement processes and implementing strategic purchasing goals

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in industrial purchasing, ideally international
• Completed university degree (industrial engineering, business administration or similar)
• Very good German and English skills (level C1)
• Solid knowledge of contract law and project management
• Strong affinity for numbers and reporting
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Analytical thinking, economic understanding, and high personal responsibility
