- Accompanying military system users from ordering to successful system deployment of FIS HE (Army Command Information System)
- Verifying the military requirements regarding technical feasibility
- Advising towards a technically feasible solution
- Developing the system configuration using software
- Being responsible for the systematic control of the developed products (quality assurance)
- Coordinating and monitoring orders along the assigned area of the military service plan (DLP)
- Participating in a several-month onboarding phase for this demanding role
What you bring
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer
- Flair for computer science, communication systems, and technology as well as the Swiss Army
- Enjoyment of customer contact and advisory role
- Experience in diplomatic dealings with customers in the federal environment and the defense industry is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel)
- Assertiveness, independent and proactive working style
- Strong quality awareness and conscientious work
- Very good German skills as well as French and English skills (level B2) are an advantage
- Willingness for occasional assignments throughout Switzerland
