- Conducting first-instance enforcement procedures against authorized institutions, some of their bodies or employees, and companies operating without authorization.
- Drafting decisions.
- Engagement and supervision of FINMA agents.
- Conducting hearings.
- Coordination of procedures with authorities in Switzerland and abroad.
- Representing FINMA in proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court and the Federal Supreme Court, including drafting the corresponding submissions.
- Collaboration on internal projects.
- Master's degree in law and Swiss bar admission, additional training (e.g., thesis or LL.M) appreciated.
- At least five years of professional experience within a bank, audit firm, authority, or law firm.
- Very good professional and academic qualifications.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills, autonomy, high work capacity, and team spirit.
- Excellent communication skills.
- French as the main working language, very good knowledge of at least one other official language and English.
