Night Watch 25 - 65% (Lateral Entry Possible)
The residential area is a main pillar of our work – demanding but also meaningful. Here you help shape, bring in new ideas, and further develop processes, always with the goal of enabling a high quality of life for people with disabilities. You can expect a responsible and versatile role in a respectful environment. To strengthen our night watch team, we are looking for a new member starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement
- Responsibility for the people with disabilities entrusted to you during the night (working hours are from 9:15 PM to 6:45 AM and shifts are planned about 1.5 months in advance)
- Accompanying and caring for people with disabilities
- Rounds in the residential groups
- Administrative tasks, record keeping, handover report
- Completed basic training as a care specialist (FaBe), health specialist (FaGe), or equivalent basic training is an advantage
- Lateral entrants with basic EFZ training and personal experience (e.g., SRK nursing assistant or knowledge in care, family, relatives, or volunteer work) are also welcome
- Experience in dealing with people with disabilities is an advantage
- High social competence, sense of responsibility, as well as flexibility and resilience for night work
- You bring a positive attitude towards care topics and their challenges
