Field Service Coordinator (a) 50-80%
Your passion...
for planning is used in coordinating worldwide maintenance, installation, and commissioning deployments of our service technicians.
- With clear communication and efficient processes, you take over the complete administrative handling of service deployments and ensure that all necessary documents are available.
- Regarding technical contexts, you are helped to schedule the appropriate service offerings, maintenance materials, and spare parts – including independently finding components in parts lists, fluid diagrams, or model drawings.
- For proactive organization, you are involved in planning and conducting pre- and post-meetings for the service deployments.
- You simplify the lives of service technicians by checking and processing reported working/travel times and expenses.
- You also help us improve and optimize existing processes. Your ideas and input are highly valued.
- For professional work with modern tools, you deepen your knowledge through careful training in our ERP and CRM systems (INFOR, Salesforce) as well as SAP Concur.
Your professionalism...
you have acquired through a technical or commercial basic education with a federal diploma (EFZ).
- You have applied and expanded this in practice (coordination or scheduling of technical service personnel, ideally in an international environment).
- You also inspire our customers, especially thanks to your very good communication skills and your sensitivity to the concerns of all parties involved.
- You preferably communicate in German and English (both spoken and written).
- You round off your profile with very good IT user skills. We will gladly train you in the company-specific tools (INFOR, SAP Concur).
