Job Description
- Welcome our customers and provide them with clear advice tailored to their desires.
- Take orders, ensure follow-up, and serve dishes and drinks.
- Manage preparations, billing, and payments.
- Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails according to the restaurant concept (small menu).
- Maintain and create cordial relationships with customers to build loyalty, in accordance with our high standards.
- Assist the manager in all tasks.
- Automatic work.
Qualifications
- Training in hospitality (CFC, BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC Pro)
- Successful experience in high-end hotel or restaurant service
- Good technical knowledge of products, wines, and spirits
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Sense of hospitality and customer service in a 5* establishment
- Team spirit, flexible and conscientious
- Very good command of French, good knowledge of English or German
