Your Tasks
- Support and supervision of FaGe trainees at various training levels
- Close collaboration with HBB (main responsible vocational trainer)
- Comprehensive care and support of elderly, mentally ill people
- Accompanying patients in everyday inpatient life, implementing the principles of the therapeutic milieu
- Organizing the daily routine and conducting groups (e.g., cooking group, external accompaniment) together with trainees, patients
- Advantage: experience in dealing with various psychiatric disorders
Your Profile
- Vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Interest in the psychiatric field, as well as (if possible) experience in treating elderly people and psychiatric disorders
- Cooperative and solution-oriented working style, high quality awareness and service understanding
- Independence, teamwork, flexibility, and interest in promoting interdisciplinary collaboration
- Motivation for the further development of the ward in the context of upcoming structural and construction changes
- Open and reflective attitude
