Cellar Master m/f/d 100%

• Management and organization of the seasonal pressing operation in close coordination with the Winterthur operations manager
• Flawless vinification and optimal development of all delivered grapes, musts, and young wines until the bottled product
• Coordination and personnel planning of the cellar team
• Compliance with federal and cantonal wine regulations, the ordinance on alcoholic beverages, and the food and consumer goods ordinance
• Assistance with infrastructure projects and strategy development
• Enforcement of all required conditions within the framework of FSSC 22000 certification

• Completed studies as a FH oenologist / HF viticulture technician
• Experience as a cellar master
• Experience in leading employees
• High quality awareness
• Process-oriented thinking and acting
