Would you like to actively shape quality development in outpatient care as a project manager and be part of a large national implementation program? At the Winterthur Institute of Health Economics, you put scientific findings into practice.
Department: School of Management and Law
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
- You lead a large quality management project in physiotherapy and noticeably advance quality
- You take on project and subproject management in health care research and consulting projects with a strong business focus
- If suitable, interested, and needed, there is the possibility to take on teaching activities on management topics in healthcare in undergraduate and postgraduate education (Bachelor, Master, MAS)
- You share your expertise through publications and presentations on healthcare management topics
- You have a university degree (Master) in business administration or a related field
- You have excellent project management skills
- You have experience in interdisciplinary national research and consulting projects and know the Swiss healthcare sector, especially outpatient physiotherapy
- Knowledge in quality development, quality management, or implementation research is an advantage
- You are an implementation- and customer-oriented personality with an analytical, conceptual, scientifically sound, and practice-oriented working style
- Excellent German and very good English skills are required; French and Italian skills are a plus for leading a national project
