We are looking for an Associate Label Project Manager to drive customer projects and studies from start to finish. In this role, you will be at the center of cross-functional collaboration, working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. You will own project timelines, track milestones, and deliver clear, regular updates to customers. With full responsibility for study management, you will coordinate all technical and service aspects to deliver high-quality results and an excellent customer experience.
Your Responsibilities

Act as a trusted partner to customers by collaborating closely to finalize label and study specifications, including on-site client meetings when required.

Own and maintain accurate study documentation and filing systems, ensuring full compliance and traceability across all project activities.

Drive seamless coordination and communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure all services and materials are ready for study start-up and ongoing customer needs.

Utilize project planning tools to clearly communicate timelines, milestones, critical paths, and ownership of deliverables.

Provide timely, high-quality reports and updates to customers, ensuring transparency and confidence throughout the project lifecycle.

Create and support the development of label specifications, label proofs, and print documentation using internal systems such as CMAP.

Serve as a reliable backup to Associate and Project Managers, supporting team continuity and workload balance.

Ensure quote accuracy and support financial forecasting to maintain project and business integrity.

Monitor day-to-day project activities and oversee the establishment of customer-approved job specifications.

Collect and validate all study design information, including accurate label text and all required regulatory details.

Coordinate shipments in partnership with the logistics team to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Proactively log and manage issues in TrackWise, supporting investigations and continuous improvement.

Primarily manage established customer accounts with defined processes and customer profiles.

Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all areas of responsibility.
Your Qualifications

Solid understanding and effective application of SOPs in accordance with company quality standards.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, verbal, written, and numerical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present information and confidently engage with clients and management teams.

Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships by proactively anticipating needs and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Ability to quickly learn and master internal project systems, including Salesforce, GPMS, and TrackWise.

Professional degree preferred, ideally in a health-related field or customer service.

2–3 years of successful experience in project management, project coordination, or a comparable role.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills in a customer-facing environment.

Proficiency in standard PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

Proven experience working with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Demonstrated excellence in communication, organization, and project coordination.
