Polymechanic (Turning)
Activities
- Programming, setting up and operating CNC lathes
- Manufacturing of small and large series
- Monitoring and ensuring the required quality
- Performing quality checks during production
- Carrying out simple repair and maintenance work on machines and tools
- Optimizing processes within own area of responsibility
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic
- Experience in CNC turning
- Knowledge of a CNC control system such as Siemens Fanuc or ISO Dialog
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Solid IT user skills
- Precise, structured and quality-conscious way of working
- Independent, flexible and reliable personality
- Willingness to work two shifts
