In Winterthur, we are opening a brand new casino this winter where ENTERTAINMENT is paramount. The Halle Rapide in the Lokstadt will be our new home and with four bars, we aim to delight our guests with excellent service and a high-quality offer. Are you our joker and ready to bring the bars to life together with your team and make every visit of our guests an experience?
Your game
- In your role as Bar Team Leader, you are responsible for a team of four colleagues who operate the bars together with you.
- Whether during normal operations or events, you plan and organize your team's shifts efficiently and with good judgment.
- You lead your team appreciatively, like to give feedback, and ensure optimal shift planning.
- Together with the team, you create a professional and harmonious atmosphere where drinks and snacks are skillfully prepared and stylishly served.
- As a team leader, you are responsible for ensuring that the appropriate work equipment is available and that orders are placed on time.
- Checking and continuously optimizing the offer, as well as inventories, are also part of your tasks.
Our rules of the game
- We are looking for a personality with several years of experience as a bartender and necessarily also leadership experience as a Bar Team Leader or similar.
- You enjoy working late shifts (with attractive bonuses) together with your team in the shift and are able to efficiently organize ordering and administrative tasks.
- In addition to the professional responsibility for bar operations with many events, you are also committed in your leadership role and understand how to coordinate with other departments to organize operations in the best possible way.
- German is your native language or you speak it fluently; English and other languages would be an advantage.
- You bring genuine curiosity and openness for the fascinating world of casinos and are able to quickly adapt to new conditions and requirements.
