At the Superior Court of the Canton of Thurgau, located in Frauenfeld, a position is to be filled as of January 1, 2026 or by agreement

Your responsibilities include preparing and recording hearings, participating in the decision-making process, and independently drafting judgments in appeals and complaint cases in civil, criminal, as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. In addition, you support the senior judges in clarifying legal questions.

Requirements for this demanding role are a completed law degree (Master), a lawyer's license, and several years of practical experience at a court or in a law firm. You enjoy thoroughly clarifying legal questions, recognize the essential aspects in complex matters, and are articulate. You are characterized by an efficient working style and have a strong team spirit.
