Project Management Youth Promotion (80%)
About 60,000 members with their faces and stories make up the color of our church.
It is a collaboration of volunteers, honorary office holders, and employees who are committed to the common good and support church engagement.
With our project "Youth Promotion" we want to attract committed people to the church and inspire them to contribute their talents to the church. For this, we need a
personality who is eager to move, network, and shape.
In this role, you take responsibility for our Youth Promotion project: You maintain and strengthen the employer brand of our church, conduct profession-specific
youth promotion, initiate and accompany structural adjustments, open up new professional fields, and ensure strong networking within and outside the canton.
We are looking for a person who combines organizational talent and passion: with a completed
degree or an equivalent qualifying education or training in marketing,
psychology, business administration, or organizational development. Experience in project management,
change management, HR, or marketing preferably complements your profile as well as joy in
communicating and networking. Italian or Romansh are welcome but not
a requirement.
We offer you a responsible position in a public-law employment, right in the middle of Chur - in a small, dynamic team. You will find plenty of room to shape things, generous opportunities for further training, and attractive working conditions. And above all: a meaningful activity where you can use your energy for the church of tomorrow.
If you act independently, think solution-oriented, and are connected to the Reformed Church, we look forward to receiving your application!
