Your tasks
- You independently prepare basic papers, concepts, agreements, reports as well as decision-making bases in the areas of organization, management and social insurance.
- You prepare PowerPoint presentations, graphics, statistics and Excel evaluations.
- You lead and accompany projects in the compensation fund business area and work on cross-business area topics.
- You lead a small team with three motivated employees.
- You participate in the weekly business area management meeting and are in constant exchange with the area managers and the business area manager CF.
Your skills
- You have a commercial basic education EFZ with further training in business administration (at least at bachelor level).
- You bring several years of commercial professional experience, ideally in a comparable function.
- You convince with your high IT affinity, your independent and structured way of working as well as your very good spelling and grammar skills.
- You are creative, like conceptual work and enjoy developing new things.
- You have a high problem-solving ability, act customer-oriented and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
- You have a hands-on mentality, are a true team player and ready to take responsibility.
