To complement our small team, we are initially looking for a motivated personality for our staff restaurant, which is our central meeting place for culinary, social, and interpersonal matters, on a fixed-term basis until the end of August 2026 (with the option of extension). You will support the existing team in all areas of daily operations, pamper our employees with a varied, seasonal offer, and together you will ensure a smooth process so that guests feel completely comfortable during this time.
- Expansion of our existing team
- Production of the mid-morning and snack offerings, various pastries, soups and salads, as well as lunch meals vegetarian, meat and fish, etc. - taking into account modern production knowledge and hygiene regulations
- Preparation of coffee (latte art / portafilter)
- Operating the cash register
- Keeping the kitchen and entire infrastructure clean, restocking and cleaning tasks
- Occasional special assignments (service for larger groups, assistance at the Christmas aperitif, etc.)
- Experience in the field of staff restaurants or professions related to food processing
- Enjoyment of nutrition topics as well as experience in preparing hot and cold dishes (system gastronomy, economical handling of food and equipment, compliance with hygiene regulations)
- Enjoyment of customer contact, confident manners, and high service orientation
- Independent, responsible working style
- Willingness to cover vacation and sick leave within the team (Mon – Fri 07:00 – 16:00)
- Partly irregular working weeks by prior arrangement
- Knowledge of handling IT programs (MS Office and Outlook)
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- A well-coordinated, professional team as well as an interesting and challenging field of activity in which you can contribute and implement your own ideas
