Your tasks

• You care for and support our guests in the exclusive atmosphere of our 4-star superior spa hotel.
• You work with complex medical conditions and apply your expertise purposefully.
• You take responsibility, coordinate tasks, and set priorities confidently.
• You lead the nursing team with clear instructions and support employees as well as trainees with your know-how.
• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF (DN II, AKP).
• Experience in long-term care and/or Spitex.
• You have already completed the vocational trainer course or are willing to do so.
• Empathy & communication skills – you value a dignified approach to elderly people.
• Digitally fit – you are confident in handling IT programs and ideally familiar with RAI-HC.
• Flexibility – you are available at variable times (no night shifts).
