We are looking for our retirement and nursing center immediately or by arrangement for a Certified Nursing Specialist 50-100% DN II/HF/FH/AKP
Our beautiful house, with a unique view, is located in Evilard. With the involvement of our 60 employees, we shape the home of our 46 residents. Your field of activity
- You are responsible for professional, resident-oriented care and nursing and ensure good care quality
- You accompany our trainees in collaboration with the person responsible for education
- You independently carry out nursing documentation and the nursing process, you lead case discussions
- You share responsibility for the BESA/RAI assessments
- You take on daily responsibility, lead small groups, and set the right priorities in daily work organization
- You participate in working groups, help organize internal short training sessions, and share responsibility for implementing innovations
