Gässliacker is a medium-sized center for elderly care and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in day care. Furthermore, we offer tenants 60 senior apartments with services. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden areas, and the beautiful location complement our services. Your area of responsibility:
- Timely preparation of meals (cold and hot kitchen as well as pastry)
- Assistance in determining the nutritional needs of residents and
- Conveying expertise and assisting in the training of apprentices
- Implementation of the hygiene concept
- Independent management of daily operations in the absence of the management
- Completed training as a Cook EFZ
- (Initial) experience in preparing cold and hot dishes as well as pastries with seasonal fresh products
- Service-oriented, committed, and resilient personality with joy in working with elderly people
- High social competence, teamwork skills, and reliability
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work on weekends
