Your Area of Responsibility

You take over the professional and organizational management of the Rehabilitation department with around 20 employees and are supported by a team leader.
Together with the Head of Nursing and the management team, you implement nursing processes according to the nursing model and target specifications.
You ensure patient-oriented, high-quality care, perform duties in all services, and support your employees in their development.
You actively contribute to projects and the further development of the department.

Your Experience

You have training as a certified nurse HF/FH and several years of professional experience, ideally in the rehabilitative field.
Initial leadership experience as a team leader or in a comparable function is an advantage.
You are a committed, responsible, and communicative personality with high professional, social, and leadership competence.
