For the growing segment of prefabrication, we are looking for a
Model Author BIM-to-Field Building Services Engineering (m/f) 80-100%
Your tasks
- You are the link between classical building services planning and the executing contractor on the construction site
- Creating buildable fabrication models in the areas of sanitary and heating
- Completing the models with fastening technology as well as all necessary information for model-based construction processes
- Close collaboration with planning teams and executing partners
Your qualities
- Openness to new technologies and working methods
- Conviction that the future lies in model-based working processes
- Completed basic training in building services engineering
- Several years of practical experience on construction sites
- Motivation to actively shape a novel and future-oriented activity
