Your Tasks
- Execution of operational ordering of medical and non-medical consumables.
- Product, date, and availability clarifications, partnership maintenance of supplier relationships, negotiating conditions, conducting supplier evaluations and monitoring.
- Invoice verification, price and cost control, maintenance and quality assurance of item master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC 365).
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements (e.g., MDR, IvDV, Swissmedic) and internal guidelines.
- Development, elaboration, and implementation of assortment adjustments and harmonizations in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
- Monitoring the procurement market regarding new products and trends as well as purchasing controlling for sales and costs.
- Active participation in cross-departmental projects and internal committees, support in digitization and optimization initiatives.
- Competent and service-oriented contact person for our internal customers regarding products and availability.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or logistician EFZ
- Further education according to the Swiss federal certificate "Purchaser" or "Procurement Specialist"
- Several years of professional experience in operational and/or strategic purchasing are required
- Very good communication skills as well as a high customer and solution orientation
- Flexible, team-oriented, and responsible personality with a structured, result-oriented, and independent working style
- Teamwork skills, enjoyment of working with processes, and good analytical skills
- Advanced ERP knowledge (BC 365), MS Office user skills, and very good German language skills in spoken and written form are required
