Your Tasks
- Coordinating and organizational central tasks for a ward in the geriatrics department
- Ensuring staff deployment planning, absence management, and vacation planning
- Personnel management and development in the responsible nursing area
- Support in shaping interdisciplinary collaboration
- Working in an interprofessional team
- Quality assurance in the responsible nursing area through active management (guidance of new employees, accompanying internal audits, inspections, and other processes)
- Implementation of regular and transparent information sharing with the department management and nursing directorate
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Qualification/advanced training as a responsible leading nursing specialist or comparable qualifications or willingness to complete these promptly
- High social and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High resilience and social competence as well as loyalty and initiative
- Good communication skills
